Refresh your pool with a New Liner
A typical pool liner usually last in the range of 10 to 15 years. However, There are a few factors that can reduce the durability of a liner. Two of them being, underground water and sharp objects. Care has to be given when doing pool maintenance, avoid sharp objects. There is not much one could do when it comes to underground water, but get some help to smooth out any wrinkles before filling the pool on opening. There are times when a liner may be saved by repairing small areas but when too severe a replacement is needed. A liner can take 2 to 4 weeks to make, depending on when it is ordered. Avoid the rush period when liners are high in demand. if you know beforehand, you will need to replace the liner – book early so you can get the process moving. That way your pool could be ready to get more use of the season.
Process of purchasing a new liner:
- Book a site visit to choice from liner design samples
- We will arrange for the pool to be measured
- A quote will be sent to you after the pool measurements are submitted to our suppliers
- On your acceptance, we ask for 50% deposit and the balance on completion of the liner
- We will then schedule to pump out any water from the pool and the removal and discarding of the old liner
- On removal of the liner, any deficiencies with the pools shell – such as repairs will be quoted separately from the liner, and on acceptance of that quote a deposit will be required depending on the severity of the pool shell repair
- Water trucks are to be booked in advance so to be ready for delivery on completion of the liner installation, (It is important that the liner not be left without water, wrinkles may developed, making hard to smooth out)
- When the liner is ready, the pool will be cleaned and prep for the liner installation.
- Install the liner with hardware
- Fill the pool
- Get the equipment up and running
- New Pool Liner Installation
